Fees Explained
Student Development and Success Fee
Students are required to pay a per contact hour student development fee (up to a maximum of 16 contact hours per semester) to fund a variety of student events, groups, and activities. Payment of this fee also entitles the student to reduced price tickets to all events provided by the Campus Activities Board (CAB) and athletics.
Technology Fee
Students are required to pay a per contact hour technology fee (up to a maximum of 16 contact hours) for technology services which include the use of free WIFI, support, online modules, tutoring, testing and computing centers.
Facility Fee
Students, who are not residents of Delta or Dickinson counties and are attending classes at the Escanaba or West Campus, are required to pay a per contact hour fee (excludes clinics, co-ops, and internships).

Course specific fees are assessed to students taking classes that require special equipment, consumable supplies or extraordinary overhead. Please review Bay College's current course specific fees below.

Financial Aid Cost of Attendance
The cost of attendance is an estimate of the educational expenses for the period of enrollment. The standard budget at Bay College includes tuition and fees, books and supplies, an allowance for miscellaneous personal expenses, an allowance for transportation, and an allowance for living expenses. The cost of attendance is based on full time enrollment for the fall and winter semester. Please review the specific costs below.
